– To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

2. EXCLUSIONS:

-Refunds are not available for products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

– Refunds will not be granted on items returned after a delayed period of 28 days.

3. REFUND PROCESS:

– To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@bymichele.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide the following details:
– Your name and contact information (email address and phone number).
– Order number or proof of purchase.
– Reason for the refund request.
– Any supporting documentation, such as photographs, if applicable.

4. RETURN SHIPPING:

-Refunds will not be granted for items “lost in transit” back to us without evidence or agreement from your chosen courier.
